Peak Season: $10,500 Off Season: $8,500 (April - November) (December - March)
All rentals include a 1 hour rehearsal the day before your event and 12 hours on the day of the event. You have use of our 40x90 reception pavilion (with restrooms and optional siding and heaters), 200 ceremony chairs, 200 farmhouse crossback chairs for reception, assortment of tables, Firepit, wooden bars, lawn games, and a parking attendant and golf cart with a driver to make sure your guests arrive with ease.

2 getting ready spaces:
The Suite - Neutral and blue hues, with tons of natural light, full length mirror, vanity space, dress hanger, fireplace, dress steamer with full kitchen and restroom.
The Tavern - Historic brick space with wooden beams and tons of space for wedding party to hang out pre-ceremony. Full restroom, private entrance, dartboard, full length mirror, and kitchen.
Indoor Entertaining Options:
Reception Pavilion – 40x90 space with optional siding, climate controlled restrooms, fans, heating, dimmable bistro lighting, chandelier, and electricity for bands.
Carriage House – Great for rainy day photos, dinners for up to 40 guests, small indoor ceremonies, or photoshoots.
Several outdoor entertaining spaces:
Magnolia lined Back Lawn perfect for ceremonies
Bistro lit side lawn ideal for cocktail hours with great spots for bars, appetizers, guestbooks and more!
Wildflower field – blooms through the Spring, Summer, and into the Fall – great spot for newlywed photos.
Weekend Long Merriment
Full Weekend Wedding 2024-2025:
Peak Season: $16,000 Off Season: $14,000 (April - November) (December - March)
Extend your celebration by having up to 20 of your closest friends or family stay the entire weekend at Seven Springs! You have exclusive access to the property for the duration of your stay which could include a rehearsal dinner or Sunday morning breakfast!
Overnights include all bedrooms at Seven Springs located in the Manor House, Honeymoon Cottage, and Guest House. Full Weekend pricing is for Friday through Sunday events only. Pricing includes all 'Full Day Celebration' amenities.
Check-in: 3:00pm on Friday, Check-out: 2:00 pm on Sunday
3pm Friday – 2pm Sunday – unlimited and private access with use of space for rehearsal dinners, bonfires, or just hanging out with your nearest and dearest.
Room for 20 overnight guests

Holiday Weekends are excluded from Off Season discount. (Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year's Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Independence Day, and Valentine's Day). No additional taxes added.
