you're invited..
Nestled within over 100 acres, the heart of the campus is an early eighteenth century home surrounded by a collection of inviting living and entertaining spaces. A relaxed atmosphere with natural, organic elements and a modern edge, Seven Springs is the perfect backdrop for a wedding weekend getaway, farm to table dinner celebrations, and other collaborative community events.
A RICH HISTORY
Situated at the end of a private drive in King William County, just 40 minutes from Richmond, the Seven Springs Manor House was built between 1725-1740 by the Dabney family. Operating as a private residence for many years, the Seven Springs campus was expanded in the early 1980’s to include a number of new living spaces. Today, Seven Springs plays host to stunning wedding celebrations, farm to table dinners, corporate retreats, and a small flock of heritage breed Hog Island sheep. Additionally, the house has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Virginia Historic Landmark.
continuing a legacy
Seven Springs has been home to a string of notable Virginia families for nearly 300 years. Brett and Robert Hunnicutt are continuing this great legacy, running Seven Springs Farm and Historic Venue as a family owned business. The father and son duo are no stranger to working together, having run a successful construction company for over 15 years. They are excited to begin a new adventure at Seven Springs, combining their love of history, local food culture, and community.
